Charlotte Nacho Cleaver was born on 20th November 1998 and came into my life after my Vet told me he and her brother Issy were looking for a home. One of his other patients had these two kittens and needed homes for them. I really only wanted one kitten, but I took one look at them both and I couldn't separate them! Besides which I'd always wanted a black and white kitty! After ensuring that the mother cat was now desexed, I took the little eight week old kittens home.

You have to believe that Lottie is the cutest cat God ever created. She is tiny - *really* tiny. Her markings are unusual - black and white and when she lies on her back she looks like she's wearing a white bikini! Her white face strip is lopsided, only making her look ever cuter. Her face is small, but her nose quite long and her ears seem *huge* by comparison! All together with her long, silky fur, it makes her incredible.

I call Lottie, Little, Little Lottle and Screech (see below). Mind you I think she would come if I called her Constantinople!

Talk. That is all Lottie seems to do. Hence the screech nickname! She'll talk for every reason or no reason. And when you ask her questions, she answers them - I swear! Besides that she spends a lot of her time sitting on top of computer monitors - probably not good for her and definitely not good for the monitor!

Even though she can talk loudly, she rarely purrs. For some reason she just doesn't have much of a purr box. I'm not sure exactly why but you can certainly tell when she's happy - by the teeny little vibrations at her throat :)
